A little more about KC.

The Chicken Laid A Puppy

KC likes to create.  He spent several years creating houses.  He spent several years creating a piece of paper (Masters Degree in Speech and Language Pathology).  He spent several years creating kids.  Now he spends most of his time creating books for kids.  

SCBWI
KC is an active member of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators.  He has attended multiple SCBWI summer conferences in LA. For the past 5+ years he has been an active member of an online critique group, most of whom have now published their first works.

AWARDS / RECOGNITION

"Mr. Bagley I would give your chicken book 1000 stars!"  Yasmeen, 1st grader, while working on opinion writing after Mr. Bagley came and shared a few of his stories with her class.  The maximum rating was 4 stars.

"I will give you 1 million dollars!"  (Juan)

"I will give you 3 million dollars!"  (Juan)
"Sold!" (Mr. Bagley)
2nd graders, Juan and Adam, started a bidding war for KC's "There Are Dragon's In This Castle" novelty play book dummy, after one of his presentations on writing and creativity.  Unfortunately, neither of the students had pay pal accounts so the transaction was never completed.
